Normally, I do not write reviews. But, THIS product kills 99.9% of household germs-including Influenz A Flu Virus, Staphylococcus Aureus, Rhinovirus, Salmonella Enterica on hard non-porous surfaces. A much needed product due to this Pandemic.I REALLY LIKE that. But, here is what I DISLIKE: someone decided to not only remove a bottle from my shipment....they also tampered with my bottles. I know because I see fingerprints and what looks like food residue on a few of the bottles. On top of that I see cracks in the sprayer part.I have taken pictures and called both METHOD and AMAZON. Nobody is available. I am merely warning you that some of the people that we rely on, are not honest and are taking our "paid for items" and keeping them for themselves. Although you can get a refund. There is no solution to replacement for things that pertain to cleaning or germ protection. The Government is aware that there is a shortage on things. And hospitals are in need of supplies. But, we are on "lock down" and need, what I call, "Survival Kits". ****PAY ATTENTION TO YOUR PACKAGES**** SPRAY THEM DOWN**** LET THEM SIT**** THEN WIPE THEM OFF. Definitely, inspect before using. I CANNOT GIVE A PROPER RATING because of the way the product arrived. Only 3 of the bottles seem usable (After all the spray & wipe down). Plan to return-when this is over.
