I never write reviews... I’m usually happy with everything I order from amazon. I drive with Lyft full time and wanted a soft pillow that would eliminate some of the pain from my lower back and prevent me from slouching to maintain my pasture. It is a soft pillow. However after a week from driving the straps continue to slide having me adjust numerous times throughout the day. Today one strap completely ripped off when I was trying to adjust again... To the trash it goes...
