Made from Cyanocobalamin, literally created from a cyanide molecule, buyer beware
Nowhere in this listing does it state that they are made with Cyanocobalamin, which is the bad type of B12 that is basically useless and literally created from a cyanide molecule. The best types of B12 are made with Methylcobalamin (the best), Adenosylcobalamin and Hydroxocobalamin. Most over-the-counter B12 is made with Cyanocobalamin, but it rubs me the wrong way that they don't state it clearly in their listing. Buyer beware.
