I would normally rate this 5 Stars But... But I want to buy a replacement for one of the filter holders. There is nowhere on their website to get replacement parts other than a few items. So if something breaks you are up the creek. The website says go to Amazon for Parts. Good luck with that, same few items and no real PARTS!!. I am very frustrated as this filter/UV light pump has cleared my water up perfectly. I am trilled with it, I just can get a new filter HOLDER. I can get miles of filter but if the plastic holder breaks you have nothing to hold the filter. I am hoping someone from Aquagarden Pennington responds to this review and tells me what a foolish old man I am that I can easily get the replacement I am looking for. If I do, I will immediately order 2 an replace this review with a warm, sunny and positive review. You can have the greatest product but it is only as good as the support given after you get the sale. Thanks for reading.
