I have several treat dispensers by KONG, all of which have been extremely durable so I was not at all hesitant to purchase this treat dispensing bone. I just received it tonight and put treats in both ends. My dog loved it. Unfortunately, I picked it up after he had gotten his treats from both ends and BOTH ends are already cracked all the way through. After ONE treat session. What a waste of money - I am very disappointed. My dog is not a heavy chewer. The design of this doesn't even make any sense. If the dog bites down on the end to get the treats out, the rubber just cracks??? See pictures below. This will probably last about one more session before it's completely unusable. I would recommend other Kong dispensers, but definitely not this one. I would contact the company directly about this order, but don't see any link on Amazon to reach them. UPDATE: Well, just as I thought, after the second treat session the toy was completely destroyed. Not safe. See third picture below.... Contacted KONG directly, no reply.
