Only lasted 2 months before the cd player stopped working. When I called Magnavox, I spoke with an impatient representative from Craig Electronics (who was difficult to understand and rude when I asked her to repeat things) and she made it very clear that the return process could take 4 weeks (it seemed like she was saying, "You may not want to..."). I bought the add on warranty, but now I wonder if it was even worth the trouble. This radio is branded as a Magnavox, but is a Craig Electronics product. Cheaply made and horrible customer service. Edit 9-10-2019: I emailed Craig Electronics on 8-30-2019 with the information to start a warranty claim. As of today, I still have not heard back. Edit 1-7-2020: I was finally able to get in touch with someone at Craig after the seller contacted them and was able to set up a return for warranty work. I set up a pick up through Fed Ex and it was gone when I got home from work. After no changes in the tracking info, I contacted Fed Ex and heard back today from their claims department that they didn't pick it up. TL:DR The CD player stopped after 2 months, it took several emails and phone calls to Craig to get the warranty process begun, and then someone stole the broken radio before Fed Ex could pick it up. I deeply regret this purchase and the 6 months of headaches it caused. I never would have imagined that having it stolen by a porch pirate would be the most positive experience of owning it.
