As a disabled vet with 80% hearing loss, any phone is very hard for me to use. I bought this phone believing the monthly cost was $5-10 dollars and I'll learn to text, etc. besides making an occasional phone call. Well I just discovered I have paid $69.48 a month for four months during which time I made 2-3 calls and no texts! Unless you scrutinize every charge on your credit card, you probably won't notice the rip-off until the 30 day warranty expired. We'll see if Small Claims Court will rule in my favor regarding this scam.
