No returns or exchanges allowed...even if defective.
I purchased the comforter for a gift. My bad for buying it so early. Once it was cleaned it badly ripped along the trim. Now there is a hugh hole where the stuffing showes thru. Im so embarrassed to give such a cheaply made gift. I contacted the seller but they didnt want to do anything....just said sorry it didnt work out for you.
