This NEW formula added Amine Hydrochloride and it drastically changed this shampoo. I managed to find an old bottle to compare to see what they did. I SWORE by this shampoo until they changed it. Also it states it is SLS free however many of the ingredients are in the SLS family:( Not sure why you guys changed this but I bought the last three bottles of old off the shelf and will not touch the new formula again. It destroyed my hair after the old fixed it;( Please stop messing with products that are already good because you made this worse. The new formula rarely washes out of your hair and it makes it feel crunchy;( Please don't going messing with your toothpaste too. Leave well enough alone please. You had it right! CUSTOMERS if you have an old bottle of this it is 5 stars! I have fine thin hair and this washed clean, gave bounce and color and made my hair actually grow. The NEW formula is breaking my hear off. It looks like I have a thyroid condition with dry, brittle and damaged hair. Don't buy the new bottles. It will have Amine Hydrocholoride on the label next to Lavender extract - old bottles do not.
