Paid for new but received a used product
Well, I have to say it's a first for me having a clearly used product sent out as if it's new. A product designed to calm a animal can't do it's job if it has the smell of another animal all over it! Not to mention, I didn't agree to pay for a used item! The box had clearly been opened before, crunched at least once, and another animal's furr is visible all over it. Pictures are included.
