I bought this pillow in March 2018. It was great for the first two months. It helped a ton with my neck and shoulder pain. The edges were firm enough to support my head when I wanted to sleep on my side, and the middle on both sides was contoured to hold up my neck comfortably. But it's 4 months later and this pillow is flat as a pancake. No more support and my shoulder pain is back. 2 stars because it really did help in the beginning, but now it will be going in the trash. What a waste of money! Edited to add: Coisum reached out to me about my review, assured me that it was a quality issue, and offered to replace the pillow or refund my money. They have great customer service, so if you try the pillow and it fails they will probably help you.
