I wanted to love this product. I love all of EOS's other products, but this was a major fail. It is not soothing or smooth feeling as their other lip balms. It is sticky and feels like you have put nothing on in less than five minutes. But the worse part is, it completely crumbled in two uses. I had to throw it all. I appreciate what they were trying to do, but this was a fail. I will keep using their other products, but I do not recommend this one.
