This was the only Amazon problem I have really had so far over a 6 year span. I purchased this heater from online reading the positive reviews. This product does not produce the heat output they state. I stood 5 feet from the heater outside and was barely warmed. A gentle breeze came by and I was chilled. I reported to the seller and they said 50% restocking fee and no shipping refund. I had to have Amazon buyer protection arbitrate the refund. 50% restocking fee --- never mentioned in this listing. BUYER BEWARE. I do not recommend that anyone buy this merchandise. Mediocre to poor product and low performance. They did not refund shipping to or from my residence ($34.00 total) lost to this product. And I had to go through Amazon buyer protection as they tried to only give the 50% back. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER.
