I don't really hate it. The problem I have is #1--I was supposed to get three months free service and I got two weeks instead! #2. I purchased a NEW radio and when my "two weeks" ended and I called Sirius to start service I found that the radio was previously registered to a different person and I had to spend about an hour on the phone to have the radio transferred to me! I don't intend to return it because it's too much trouble to cancel one subscription and start up another. Nevertheless--I feel cheated--I did not get three months free service and apparently got a used or refurbished radio for which I paid new price! Some restitution should be forthcoming!!
