Based on the reviews, I was very optimistic about this product. I get severe eczema on my hands, and have found that more natural products are more effective than most of the mainstream eczema treatment creams. The first night I used this product I woke up to small bright red bumps covering my hands. I thought this might be a fluke, so I waited for my hands to heal before trying the product again; same result. I looked carefully at the ingredients, and written like a warning label on a bag of packaged cookies were the words “Contains oils derived from tree nuts.” This is not posted on the Amazon listing. I have a life-threatening tree-nut allergy, and if I’d known that tree-nut oil was an ingredient, I definitely would not have purchased. The lack of this detail could have endangered my life. Not wanting to waste the tube, I gave my brother the product to try for his chapped hands. He had the same reaction as I did, with red hives forming all over his hands. He does not have tree-nut allergies. So I went back to the Amazon listing again and noticed at the very bottom that there is a warning for possible LEAD exposure when using this product (in fine print)!!! This product is clearly not safe, and I would recommend potential buyers steer clear.
