I'll hit on what I disliked the most and why I'm rating two stars vice four. Product was about $16 and arrived as expected. Inside the package is a card enticing the recipient to write a "good" review in exchange for money. My card stated I could receive $10 back on a $16 purchase... this product is in fact paying for good reviews. I find this very dishonest and sleazy. So you can take your $10... Now for the product, it does work out of the box and for the price, works well. It feels light and cheap, not much too it. The attachments are not sealed so little pieces of hair will get between the body and the attachment making cleaning a bit more difficult. Doesn't look like the body can be submerged, so wipe down is the only way to clean. A small brush is included, so that's a bonus. Battery life, at least first use after charge, didn't seem to last that long, noticeable drop in power after only 8-10 minutes. Non-standard power connection to the device for charging, basically USB to a unique two conductor plug. If this cord gets lost, good luck finding another one. Have no idea why the MFR thought to do this, would have been cheaper just using a standard mini/micro USB connector. No bag or case, you will need your own or risk loosing attachments and the cord.
