Bottle pictured says, in big bold letters, ETHYL ALCOHOL. Add, and fine print on bottle, say it is denatured, but denatured is not a specific spec, it simply means it is not fit for consumption. This is made with methanol, which is highly toxic and prevents its use in perfume, hand sanitizer, or any other contact-with-skin product. Denatured could also mean it is safe for contact, just not consumption. Product is not advertised as hazardous to skin contact and inhalation, if you get it for one of those purposes you are stuck with a dangerous and useless item.
