These were awful probiotics. Gave my whole family diarrhea for almost 3 weeks. We tried to hang in there but I was thinking after about a week, we should have adjusted to this product. But we didn't. We finally had to quit taking them. My poor kids had stomach aches and terrible diarrhea the whole time. Very disappointed!
