I bought this product on prime day in 2016. It misses a lot of things a traditional vacuum would not. I have found that I need to sweep before I run the roomba - which is counter-productive. You need to "clean" the brushes underneath with a special tool every 3 uses, according to the manual, which takes me at least 10-15 mins. I bought this product to have one less chore to worry about, but have found that since I have to spend time sweeping before, sweeping after, and cleaning the device itself, that it is actually counter-productive. FYI, this is a cheap, no thrills model made exclusively for Amazon. Take my advice: save your money and buy a real vacuum, or buy an actual real roomba, not the amazon prime day model.
