Counterfeit???
I have been using Rembrandt for years buying it from local stores.
This was the first time we ordered it from Amazon (sold and ship by Amazon)
The tube began disintegrating from both ends right away. Look at the photos.
As you can see the tube shell is disintegrated on both ends, the open rim on the top, fully opened bottom, has a paste in plastic bag attached inside the tube...
I never had seen this “toothpaste bizarre meltdown” and it freaked me out since I already attempted to brush my teeth with it...
I contacted Amazon customer service and after fourty five minutes of going through several call centers in numerous foreign countries I finally reported the issue. They promised to investigate it and take this page down. Well, it is still here. Hopefully they know what they are doing...
I believe it is a counterfeit...being sold by Amazon...???
I just assume that Rembrandt would not go so low on the quality of their product.
If it is indeed a counterfeit then I would like to get the answers on what was in the tube and with what paste we, the customers,
brushed our teeth. Just only hope that it is not harmful to human health.
We would like Rembrandt to analyze the content of the tube ASAP and give us an answer.
Or alternatively should we be contacting the FDA and reporting this sale of defective or even potentially dangerous toothpaste product by Amazon?
