I have given this a review when I first purchased it 2 years ago. I am now updating the review on this sound system. I don't want to give this a 1 star, but after contacting Amazon and review on how HK will not help you with this issue, I will do my update review. When I first purchased this sound system, it worked flawlessly. It sounded great and I had no complaints. 2 years later, it stops working. I would've imagined that this would last longer than 2 years. Now, after much research, if the system goes bad, they won't offer a repair or replacement on the system. Best they can do is give you 20% off a new purchase. Now, why the hell would I buy another system just to last me another 2 years then break again? and 20% at that? Apparently HK does not stand behind their product. They probably make 80% on this sale and they won't even back their customers with any future issues. I am staying away from this company and will not purchase from them again. Unless they correct this wrong, I will not be a return customer. I own their bluetooth portable speaker as well. I really hope that doesn't crap out on me as well or I guess I'll be straight out of luck. I'll update this review if anyone from HK reaches out to me about helping me with this issue. I initially compared this with a BOSE system, now I regret not keeping the old BOSE speaker which I am sure it would still be working to this day.
