DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SUPPLIER!!!!! I bought this fan in the summer of 2017 and had it professionally installed by a certified licensed insured electrician. I did not use it much since.it was not needed after summer and when I wanted to use it this spring, it does not work. I was told it may be the remote, which the manuf replaced, but it still did not work. By providing a replacement remote they have accepted the problem and an issue with the fan. Now that this did not work, they say, there is nothing more they will do for me. UNACCEPTABLE. I WILL ALSO BE POSTING THIS SAME MESSAGE ON THE OTHER VARIOUS PRODUCT AND MANUF REVIEW WEBSITES FOR ALL TO SEE HOW THEY CONDUCT THIER BUSINESS.
