Very disappointed. This tablet is full of bloatware and its basically just a big digital funnel to push you into buying more Amazon crap. The entire home screen is filled with Amazon applications for buying all their stuff and guess what? You can't get rid of them. If you get the one with "Special Offers" (oddly not described on the product page) is just a nice way of saying "constant amazon ads on the device I just paid for". Meanwhile the thing constantly tries to get you to activate Alexa so Amazon can "improve your ad experience", aka listen to you talk and get a better idea of what they can sell you with their "special offers". If you're dumb enough to buy one like me, perhaps you will also be lucky enough to have the same guy who packed my order fulfill yours. You will be blown away by his packing skills. Apparently he is so good that he doesn't even need padding to ship delicate electronics. And once your brand new advertisement machine has been tumbled across the country in a giant box where nothing could possibly have happened to it, you can have Amazon's support team bounce you all over the globe to different representatives while you try to get a replacement sent out. You might also be lucky enough to be told there are no replacements available for a month and be forced to use your tiny discount to pay for an equipment protection plan on the piece of garbage you just bought or live in constant fear of it crapping out and completely wasting the money you spent on it, or just send it back and get a refund. Looking back, I really wish I had taken the refund. This thing is a piece of garbage.
