As you can see in the pics I included, there are mold spores both at the base of the water tank, and in the tube at the top. The water tank is unremovable so not sure if I will be able to get all the mold out from just rinsing with vinegar(the recommended cleaner in the handbook). I have ordered vinegar and will update my review when it gets here but as you can see in the pics the mold is literally wedged inbetween the tube and the tank so I doubt it will be able to come off without friction. Not sure why they didn't make the tank nor the tube removable so we can clean it properly. Also in the handbook, as you can see in the pics I included, it literally says they didn't bother cleaning out the factory water so it comes with it.. They said it should not cause any issues but why in the other page do they also say to make sure all the water is cleaned out after each use to prevent strange odors and stains(or in this case mold)? That's a very irresponsible contradiction on their part, they should have just not been lazy and done one little extra step and let it air dry before packaging it and allowing it to grow mold smh🤦‍♂️
