So if you are reading this you are probably like me. Signed up on Super Bowl Sunday and now trying to figure out how to cancel. I would go to the CBS app and they would direct me here yet on Amazon it was impossible to find a way to cancel it here. I ended up calling CBS and was immediately placed on hold. I figured now would be a great time to start coffee. The coffee brewed, I read some articles online, I watched a cat video with a guy from boston yelling at the cat because of how unique the cat looks. If you haven't seen that video check it out. Anyways I was still sitting on hold after I finished my coffee. I debated playing fetch with my dog but it's five degrees outside, sorry Bruce. Finally, they answered and took me off hold and informed me that since I signed up with Amazon I would have to cancel with Amazon. So I called Amazon and in a record-breaking 3 minutes I not only connected with a real person but that real person was able to cancel it and send me an email. Record-breaking time. Well done Amazon. If I could review your customer service I would. Until then I am going to go see how long it takes to get hypothermia while playing with my dog outside. Come on Bruce, grab your tennis ball.
