I don't normally write a review, but I want to warn people about this pan. I cook. A lot. And at first, this pan worked great--no stick. But suddenly after two months of use, food sticks worse to it than any of my other pans. I have used it a lot, but I have always taken care of it and hand washed it. Even a scrubby sponge is not getting the black residue off. Scraping it with my fingernails works--but I didn't sign up for this. I have contacted the company to see if they stand behind their product. We will see.
