Caveat emptor
I wanted to like a book about how a woman is dealing with a psychologically abusive relationship. Instead I get woke, poorly edited narrative. Abused black wife, abusive white husband, mahagoni skinned knight. Tiring. I could not get past the first several pages, when I realized it. What a waste of a free credit. And a potentially good story. Permanently deleted.
