The item, a water distiller was defective and we went round and round with their people Halo, Echo and Joy (all real names I'm sure) to try to remedy the situation. First they requested a video showing the problem (fascinating video of nothing happening!), which we sent them, and they took a few days to respond, only after we emailed them repeatedly. Then they sent a link to a video that did not work. Then another person wanted photos. At this point we just wanted to return the item and get a refund. The item was very poor quality anyway--cheap plastic thin metal--looked like it wouldn't hold up. All in all we have spent many hours we will never get back on hold with Amazon and writing emails. To cap it off they held refund ransom until we withdraw our claim with Amazon! They first refunded only $10.00! We finally got out money. My advice, stay away!!
