We bought three devices, two are fine, one doesn't work! It shuts down out of the blue, even with full battery, it won't open apps or books,. Completely unusable! The worst part is Amazon support. We called them several times to discuss the issues, each time we get a different representative, that asks us to do the same steps all over again, they won't take responsibility for the bad device. We bought it for our kids to use on long drives. Now one of the kids can't use it. So sad!!! I'll think twice if I want to get a device from Amazon...
