Unhealthy, few pictures, no nutrition information
Okay, this cook book isn't what I expected. Paula Deen has been on more of a healthy kick since being diagnosed as diabetic, and most of us buy air fryers to cook more healthy. But this cook book doesn't have healthy recipes in it! It has things like Butter Bacon Burgers and Dorito Crusted Fried Cheese. The book is full of recipes like that. You might as well just fry your regular foods if you're going to put a stick of butter in a pound of hamburger to make burgers or wrap your chicken thigh in bacon.
Another strike is because there are few pictures. About 1/3 of the recipes have photos.
Another strike against the book for not providing nutrition information. As a diabetic, Paula should know how important nutrition information is to all kinds of folks. You'll have to figure that out on your own. I haven't done it myself but looking at the recipes I'm fairly certain the numbers aren't going to be favorable.
And this one may be nit-picky, but it took me only about a minute to find a typo.
I honestly can't see any reason to tell someone to purchase this book. Why use an air fryer if you are cooking unhealthy foods?
