In March I purchased one GoWise airfryer. Since then my experience with that device had been very good until when it suddenly stopped working after two months of use. I contacted GoWise team support to see if I could get a significant discount on the shipment of the device for repair / replacement. In response the best offer was a discount coupon worth $ 25. In my opinion what I will have to pay for the shipment does not worth the effort, and I decided that I' wiil try another brand. My point here is to express my opinion that if you are trying to decide whether or not to buy some product, a five stars reviews given by customers who purchased that product may not be the only or best basis for decision, but better would be the duration of the guarantee that sellers / manufacturers offer. If they offer one guarantee of just one month (it was the case of my GoWise airfryer) it is probably because their quality control department predicts that there will be a great chance that the product will fail after one month. So choose sellers / manufacturers who offer longer guarantee terms as they show more confidence in the quality of the products they sell. In particular a kitchen product should not have a guarantee of just one month.
