I am older and gained weight while recovering from hip problem. I got this to help me lose weight. It was delivered before I read “ Not for those over 250 lb. No explanation why. Product page say good for rehab,. weight loss and gaining strength. It dose not say except large people needing help. JUNK. I got this in Oct 21. In less than a year it started falling a part. The right side works it’s way off the drive shaft falling to the floor. It is possible to put it back on the shaft and it is back on the floor in less than 5 minutes . Buy at your own risk!
