I looked over this washer and it looks great. It has brass fittings, quick disconnects, interchangeable nozzles, high pressure, twist-on wand and all in a compact wheeled cart. An apparent improvement over the most common complaints about it's competitors offerings. But, before I placed my order I wanted more detail, like a spec sheet telling me power cord length, hose length, etc. Well there is no more detail. Then, I decided to check out customer support, you know, for replacement parts, trouble shooting, etc. Well, there is none. "Ivation" is just a trade name attached to this product, not an actual designer/manufacturer. This product is sold by an on-line retailer called DB ROTH, who's owned by company called C&A Marketing. The product is made in China, and as yet, has no replacement parts available. I will not be placing an order. A complicated electro-mechanical device like this must be supported by the seller.
