My wife and I purchased this unit to use for our twins in the newborn stage. The product depicts the ability to hang two bassinets on the playard but the unit was not designed to actually support a baby in each bassinet. I spoke with Eric at BabyTrend Customer Service who confirmed the unit was only designed to support one child at a time. He reported that the pictures on the unit depict storage only and do not reflect appropriate usage. I am giving this product one star for the sense of false advertising used to depict the ability to use with two babies. Otherwise the unit appears to be solidly constructed with ease of assembly. An error in changing pad assembly was found in the instructions and confirmed by BabyTrend Customer Service. BabyTrend should update their product advertising to reflect appropriate use.
