I was a skeptic, I really was. Vet told me at least one of my cats was going to be prone to dental issues, having already reddish gums at the ripe age of one, and that I really ought to brush her teeth. I love how vets say this like it's the easiest thing in the world to do, brushing a cat's teeth. Well, my cat is a small one, but she is a fierce thing. I do try to brush. I do. But I don't want to end up with cat scratch fever, so I bought this stuff. And you know what? It works. Edit: I no longer give daily, having read some of the cautionary tales here. Edit II: Review changed - my big ol' tom start losing weight drastically and vets couldn't figure out why. His bloodwork was fine, he was eating fine, he was just getting scary thin. I did the math and traced it back to when I first started using this product. Stopped using it altogether and cat started regaining his healthy weight.
