We bought 3 of these bags for our trip to Europe. We wanted a bag that we could carry on, yet pack full (as well as having them fold into small, compact forms for storing was a plus as we lack storage space), so all in all, they sounded perfect for us! Or so we thought... The quality of craftsmanship leaves a lot of room for improvement, and the design of the wheels is really poor when having to pull the bags across sidewalks, cobble stones, etc. - if one were to only pull them on smooth surfaces, I suppose that might work. The durability and craftsmanship is our main issue... One week into our vacation and within the first day, one of the zippers ripped off, then the next day one of the handles ripped off of one of the 3 bags. We chalked that up to a defective bag, which sometimes happens. Today, 6 days into our vacation, another bag's seams started busting open revealing the clothing. So now we need to either find another suitcase while we are abroad or duct tape around the whole bag to hold it together- we will have to see how this one plays out now... I could have lived with the whole falling over all the time when you tried to pull it along because of the wonky wheels thing, but once they started to come unraveled (literally), that's just a 'no go'. I highly advise against these bags if you are doing some serious traveling. The only reason I gave them 2 stars is because it's a cool design, love where they are going with this, but it needs some serious redesigning of the wheels and major improvements in quality and durability.
