I can’t even return these. After 5 minutes of consuming about 2 ounces of one drink, I got the worst migraine I’ve had in years. Turns out they put artificial sweeteners and other chemicals in it that are truly harmful to the body. These protein shakes disguise unhealthy and harmful ingredients with words like “natural flavors” in the product description. Arsenic is natural, but we certainly wouldn’t put that into our bodies (this drink doesn’t have arsenic. I was just using an extreme example). The truth is, the FDA allows manufacturers to lump many unhealthy ingredients into the “natural flavors” category. These shakes advertise healthy super food ingredients, but I should have been more diligent about the other ingredients.
