I love the product. I have had it for a couple of weeks and everything works even better than I expected. The voice sound quality on the phone is good, and equally as good with the blue tooth headset. It syncs perfectly with MS Outlook, the web browser is great for a wireless device, and my email is easy to read. The Qwerty keyboard is wonderful. A little small, but easy to get used to. My big complaint is that although it says a rebate is available it is only available if you don't transport your number from your old carrier. Now who doesn't have a cell phone number that they want to keep? A 13 year old who is getting his or her first phone? The buyer is not told about this until the phone arrives. I tried to post this comment a week ago, but the thought control people here on this site wouldn't publish it. Interesting, no? So bottom line, buyer beware.
