The sound was super disappointing. I was lured in by an ad that had super clean and clear notes being played from bare fingertips. The sound is super dull and muddled from bare hands. It sounds decent when played with a mallet and I would’ve given more stars if the company stood by their product. I requested a return immediately upon receiving and they refused a return. Evidently they only accept returns if it arrives damaged. I’d say save your money and buy a higher quality Handpan or tongue drum from a better company.
