It's a shame Amazon went with Chase for this card. I reluctantly signed up because I use Prime a lot and figured the extra rewards points would be nice. Worked fine for 2 months as I had my bill set to autopay in full. At the third month, I noticed my bank account was only charged a very low amount that did not look right. When I checked my Chase account, for some reason, Chase did NOT pay my bill in full. I double checked, and it is clearly marked autopay PAY IN FULL. I don't really need to deal with a shady bank discretely turning off my pay in full and charging me interest for THEIR MISTAKE. I will be cancelling my card this afternoon. Unbelievable.
