When I first started using this Braun hand blender, I was estactic. I used it mostly, if not exclusively for blending Protein drinks with frozen berries. I did this sometimes 2 times a day (morning and night) and it worked really well. Apparently it was never mentioned that the expected operating life of the blender is 2 months. The blades slowly get dull and all work takes longer and you wonder why. Just look at the blades. Would not be so bad if you could get replacement blades, I have to buy another blender. I will certainly look for a hand blender that has sturdier blades. How? Don't know. But I am sadly disappointed and intend to return this product.
