The description of the regular size of this item is "28" to 50" waist." I bought a regular size because my waIst is well within the 28"=50" range. However, the belt would not go around my waist. I would not have bought it if I had known that it would not fit on a waist within the 28"-50" range. And I cannot return it because i Hs ro open the package to learn that it would not fit.
