Its a love-hate relationship
OK, here is my summary. I actually loved this game a lot and really enjoyed playing it. My issues are: 1. The higher up you get, the more impossible the levels are. I mean, we all know the game should evolve and be more challenging, but is is getting way to ridiculous. The developers are so focused on putting out new locations, they don't take time to make sure the previous levels work well or are fun. Starting at about level 450 or 500, the game gets a lot less fun because almost all the timed levels are nearly impossible. 2. Their forum page and help page are utterly useless. I have created numerous accounts and tried to sign in many times, and I am always denied. And don't think about emailing your issues either, you are simply directed to the useless help page. 3. The number of tokens required to get through the token gate is way to high. You earn tokens by passing levels - you can earn up to three tokens per level, but as you progress in the game you are lucky to get two. Therefore, in order to proceed, you have to meet the goals and previous levels (make $350,000 in tips or sell 375 shrimp fried rice, for example.) This means you are stuck playing levels you have already passed over and over and over and over until you reach your goal and can finally move on. It gets really tedious and takes a lot of fun out of the game. 4. You are only allowed to accept 40 gifts per day. This is a pretty good number, but it would be nice if occasionally they gave you a bonus day where you could have some more. 5. The ads. Oh the ads. You play a level, and then you get to watch a commercial. Then you play another level, and you get to watch another commercial. and so on. And sometimes you get to watch a commercial in the middle of playing the level. Bye Bye supplies, you are going to lose because you can't get out of the commercial. 6. You don't always get your supplies, but it always knows when you hit your 40 per day. You just accepted 40 groceries, but they don't appear. Too bad for you, you won't see them. This doesn't happen all the time, but enough to be frustrating. That said, it is a fun game if you like time management challenging games and don't mind the intensity of the timed levels. I am now at level 609 which is totally ridiculous and I think I may give up. Three of the last 4 locations have been a burden and the game is losing its appeal for me. It isn't fun anymore, more like a game you can't win so you get frustrated an angry. Not sure if I want to keep it up. That said, I have noticed the developers do go back and change some levels to make the goals more attainable, but you have to go back and play them again in order to get your tokens you would have earned if the goals had been set correctly in the first place.
