Within (6) months of purchase, device began acting erratically (at least (5) lbs. discrepancy based on three different gauges I owned ). After contacting Customer Care explaining the problem, more information was required. After providing as much information I could, another request was received for which I was not savvy enough to answer though I did so to the best of my ability. Apparently. the information was not satisfactory and another request was received by me. At this point I made the decision to relent and end this fiasco. I would never purchase another product from this company.
