Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

My husband loved these because they're lightweight like an athletic shoe but provide good support. However, after having worn them for less than two weeks one of the shoelace eyelet-rivets detached itself from the leather, rendering them useless. So disappointing. To make matters worse, the current seller ShoeBuy (used to be handled by Amazon) is not responding to refund requests, even though I've gone through all the proper channels.
