This food processor is ridiculously fast. I can't imagine even needing the high speed. However, after using about once per week for seven months, the shredding blade broke while shredding mozzarella cheese. The blade itself was literally shredded! Pieces of broken metal were all through the cheese. Pros: powerful, fast, nice size chute Cons:. Very loud, even with suction cups it tends to move around while in use, broke after seven months of once weekly use (mainly cheese, occasionally cabbage shredded for slaw)
