I am amazed how hard it is to find a square sided plastic jug with a lid for fridge inside door storage. For some reason it seems 98% of plastic fridge liquid storage units are round (no logic). So of course I turn to Amazon and presto...just what I needed. I always read Reviews- this is a jug with a lid-no Review checking......I just bought it. Problem-once milk poured into jug and flip top closed-it is virtually impossible to 'open' the flip top. Placing the jug in front of me and the spout away from me, I clasp the closed fliptop section with BOTH hands and pull strongly-nothing. The top will not release to open so I can pour the milk. So currently, trying to decide to a) return for credit or b) cut off the plastic flip section. This is so frustrating.
