UPDATE: I kept getting emails from the company asking me to remove my post. I had to request they stop contacting me. It was an honest evaluation of the massager; however I will never order anything from this company again! Bought this for my husband because he has neck issues. The unit was NOT long enough to go over his shoulders, it just fit across them with a small amount over each shoulder. The massage balls were way too large and was not comfortable for him. He tried several different adjustments but nothing felt comfortable. We returned the item.
