Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

Junk. I bought this to replace seven year old model that finally died. Purposely got a "no screen" model--read reviews about the unreliability of models with lcd screens (one we had at work died within 6 months). I was startled at the cheapness of the build on the new brewer: what had happened to this company over past 7 years? Evidently, nothing good. This brewer cost nearly the same as old one, but corners were cut everywhere. And---it started to automatically turn itself off, even in the middle of brewing a cup, after only being used for six weekends. Keurig has promised to replace it, but only in black, not in the color I bought. Do yourself favor: if you buy one of these, contact Amazon for your money back when it fails. Amazon, at least, will take care of you.
