Mrs. Adamcik Takes The Gold For Mental Gymnastics
I'm sure you, the reader, are checking out these reviews wondering if there is any intrinsic value to reading a book written by a delusional mother in denial of having a psychopathic killer for a son. Maybe you're rationalizing that getting a first-hand glimpse into her jaw-dropping rejection of reality may provide you with insight that could be applied to your own understanding of crime. This is a valid thought, and I respect your open-mindedness and commitment to the truth.
Well, I have good news for you. You don't have to go beyond the preface of this book to get all the value it has to offer, and Amazon graciously provided it for free. As a matter of fact, you only need to read two lines; line 01, Paragraph 13, and line 01, Paragraph 14. I’ve written them here for your convenience:
"My pain is about my child."
"In the victim impact statements, we were told that there was only one victim. I say that is not true. We were all victims. My son is innocent. He did not kill anyone; he did not intend to kill anyone."
More succinctly, here are the only two take-aways you need from this book:
"My pain is about my child."
"…He did not kill anyone; he did not intend to kill anyone."
So in summary:
01) At best, Mrs. Adamcik relates her son being in prison for the rest of his life for first-degree murder to the reality Cassie's parents live in everyday; a reality in which their 16-year old daughter was brutally and savagely stabbed to death, cold and alone. At WORST, she is incapable of empathizing with the murder of a teenage girl.
02) Her mind is so warped that she is actually able to rationalize a blatant contradiction. “He did not kill anyone” and “He did not intend to kill anyone” cannot be used to describe the same person. Even if we were to give her son the benefit of the doubt and believe his ludicrous story of merely going along with the co-murderer (a fact that is easily negated with literal VIDEO AND JOURNAL EVIDENCE), he would still bare a compelling amount of responsibility for the death of Cassie; something that both he and his parents continue to refuse acknowledgement for to this day.
Instead of spending money on this book, I highly suggest googling Adamcik v. Idaho (2017) and reading the docket. It provides a transcript of audio and video never before heard and sheds light on not only Torey’s friendship with Brian, but what a manipulative, abusive psychopath he is.
“[Ted Bundy, the Hillside Strangler and the Zodiac Killer] were mere amateurs compared to what we are going to be,” – Tory Michael Adamcik (September 21st, 2006)
DO NOT support this book. DO NOT support SICK, DISTURBED people.
RIP Cassie Jo Stoddart (1990 – 2006)
